No prescriptions required
Based on the Face Reality Acne Management Method, we use a 3-step approach to clearing skin of acne. We focus on reducing bacteria and inflammation, increasing cell turnover, and kick-starting the wound healing process. We combine the power of clinical-grade products that are customized for your type of acne with a series of short, but powerful facial treatments.
Our Licensed Estheticians are trained Acne Specialists and have been through extensive training to understand different types of acne, focusing on a holistic approach that considers various lifestyle habits that may effect efforts at clearing. Throughout the program, they will customize your acne program and act as your coach and cheerleader to get you clear!
Success depends on your compliance with recommended home-care and lifestyle changes, so in addition to treatments and product prescriptions, they will help identify hidden culprits that could be contributing to your acne.
How the Get Clear Acne Bootcamp works
Consultation
Your first appointment will be an in-depth consultation and skin analysis, plus skin sensitivity testing. We will have a thorough discussion of how the Get Clear Program works, what is required of you, and what we can do for your specific skin type and concern This step is required for all new clients interested in the program
Acne Treatments
This is a 30-minute clinical acne treatment. This service will vary based on the needs of your skin at the time of the visit. Treatments should be performed every 2-4 weeks until your acne is under control.
Treatments vary based on your skin’s needs at the time of your appointment, but all include the following:
Consultation and Review: At every appointment, we will discuss any issues and concerns, review questions and determine if any changes need to be made to your treatment plan. We will also work together to troubleshoot any factors that might be stalling your clearning progress. Clearing acne can require a lot of detective work!
Exfoliation. This may be a mild enzyme or a light peel. Proper exfoliation clears pores of accumulated skin and allows products to penetrate into the pores more effectively.
Hydration. Keeping the skin hydrated helps your skin heal more rapidly and also makes it more receptive to your home-care. Some of your acne fighting products can be a bit drying as your skin adjusts to them, so this step is key for all clients.
Extractions. Proper extraction of lesions will allow skin to heal more quickly. Extractions should only be done by your esthetician and never done at home! Picking and squeezing without the proper method and leave scars and cause further infection of the pore.
Sunscreen. We will iterate the importance of sunscreen at every single visit and will always apply sunscreen at every appointment!

At Home Skin Care Regimen
After your initial assessment, and throughout your program, your Acne Specialist will prescribe at- home products for your specific type of acne. As your skin adjusts to the corrective ingredients, your regimen will be adjusted. Most of the products will last roughly 8-12 weeks depending on the product and the regimen that you are placed on.
The pricing of these products varies from $14-$42, with estimates of $150-300 for a 4-month supply.
